3-minute quiz

What's your Sleep Score?

Ten short questions on the levers with the strongest evidence base — duration, latency, continuity, environment, caffeine, regularity, stress. We score each, surface the three biggest gaps, and send you a 14-day plan.

Step 1 of 8

How much sleep do you typically get per night?

Average hours per night (over the last 2 weeks)

What the score measures

Sleep Score weights ten levers by how much each one moves outcomes in the literature. Duration (22 pts) gets the highest weight — it's the single most-evidenced lever. Latency, continuity, and morning refreshment together cover 36 more points. Environment + caffeine + regularity + stress + sleep-aid reliance round out the rest.

What it isn't

Not a clinical sleep study. If your continuity is poor and mornings are unrefreshed despite enough time in bed, undiagnosed sleep apnea is the most common reversible cause — talk to your doctor about a sleep study.
